Good sleep habits are critical for quality of life and good health, both for health care practitioners as well as for our clients and patients. This session will explore all aspects of sleep, including current research, sleep in disease prevention and common sleep disorders. A particular focus will be on how sleep plays roles in food intake and metabolism, and how foods and nutrients may impact sleep health.
