In this module we will discuss the techniques and concepts that can be implemented to help move an organization from one that is merely carrying out a series of programs and directives to one that is actually transforming itself to better serve the profession and the organization's members, customers and stakeholders. This transformation begins with a fundamental change in the organization's governance, in terms of both philosophy and structure.
