RDNs are trained to identify nutrition diagnoses and design interventions for those problems. This module uses Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a framework to 1) enable the RDN/client to explore and amplify the client's positive strengths, 2) build on behaviors that are working to foster and encourage progression through the change process, 3) bypass or circumvent challenging situations in RDN/client encounters, and 4) overcome a lack of progress toward client goals.
