The importance of addressing the psychological and nutritional components of sport injury recovery are well recognized. What is often overlooked is how professionals from these two disciplines may work collaboratively to enhance rehabilitation outcomes. This session examines different phases of recovery from musculoskeletal injury, with an eye towards articulating where and how sport psychology and sports nutrition can be integrated into the return-to-sport process.
