  • Robin Aufdenkampe, MS, RDN, CD, FAND
    Aufdenkampe is the System Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Intermountain Healthcare, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and serves as the President of the Utah Academy Affiliation. Robin has over two decades of clinical nutrition, management and leadership experience. Robin obtained her bachelor's in Dietetics from Ohio University and her master's in Clinical Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University.

  • Kathryn Kauffman, MS, RD, CD
    Kauffman was the Clinical Nutrition Manager and at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah for 25 years. She is currently working as the Clinical Nutrition System Project Lead for Intermountain Healthcare and is a member of the Intermountain Clinical Nutrition Guidance Council. She also has experience as an inpatient clinical dietitian specializing in renal disease. Kathryn obtained her bachelor's in Dietetics and Food Administration from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo and her master's in Science and Nutrition from San Diego State University.
