It will explore approaches to keep diversity and inclusion top of mind while also heightening its importance. Letitia James
With over 20 years of experience, Letitia James is a dynamic speaker and an effective project manager with a passion for execution and delivery. Her most recent work focuses on helping companies implement and execute diverse and inclusive strategies throughout all levels of business. Currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Compass Group, Letitia expanded the Leadership Legacy Network, restructured and launched a new Veteran’s program, and created a Mentoring Circle program which has positively impacted over 300K employees. Letitia earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Clayton State University.
