Andrew Wade, MS, RDN, LDN, CSSD is the founder of Case Specific Nutrition, a private nutrition practice in the Pittsburgh area with four locations and twelve employees. As a nutrition entrepreneur, Andrew authored Marathon Ready: a Runner's Quick Nutrition Guide, created the OptiLife Academy - an online nutrition and exercise course - and developed the Rate My Day mobile app. Andrew earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his dietetic internship with Adagio Health.
