Sustained sales isn't just about a great product or service; it is also about understanding the consumer -- meeting their needs, understanding their motivation, knowing where they are and when. In fact, according to a Salesforce report, 76% of consumers expect companies to understand their needs and expectations. This means that if a business owner doesn't understand what a customer wants before the consumer tells them, the consumer is likely taking their business elsewhere.

This workshop teaches participants how to leverage consumer behavior information, segment audiences, position specific audiences, and how to market based on where a consumer is within their decision making process. Communication between participants will take place via email, Zoom, quizzes, readings, Padlet, an online cork board, and the instructor, Jennifer Seyler, CEO of Business Strategy & Operation Consulting.

The event will be a two part series, with each session being recorded so participants can still complete the session even if they can’t attend both sessions live.
