Teresa Johnson, DCN, RDN, FAN
Dr. Teresa Johnson is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with over 30 years of clinical practice and teaching experience. She has a Doctorate in Clinical nutrition from Rutgers University. Her primary clinical practice has been in children with severe developmental disabilities and in-patient rehabilitation. Her current research projects are on the efficacy and safety of blenderized tube feeding. Dr. Johnson is a professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion at Troy University.
Leora Waldner, PhD
Dr. Leora Waldner is a professor and associate dean in the College of Arts and Sciences at Troy University. She has extensive experience in online learning in both course design and dissemination, faculty development training, and innovation in learning. She has won numerous awards for her work. Dr. Waldner has a PhD in City and Regional Planning from the University of California at Berkeley.
