Natalie L. Ledesma is currently an Oncology Dietitian at the Cancer Resource Center, UC San Francisco Comprehensive Cancer Center as well as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist for Smith Integrative Oncology. Natalie also serves as a consultant for the Oncology Nutrition Task Force at Digestive Care Inc. and is a member of Lilly Lecture Bureau Faculty. Natalie has 20 years of editorial and writing experience and has given countless professional presentations and print and media interviews on food and nutrition.
Maureen Leser, MS, RDN, LD
Maureen Leser is a registered Dietitian with thirty years of clinical nutrition experience and 10 years of editorial and writing experience. Experience includes providing clinical nutrition care to oncology, cardiology, mental health, geriatric, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and critical care patients; managing a dietetic internship program; conducting group nutrition education programs; writing articles for nutrition journals and newsletters; writing dietary supplement fact sheets for the Office of Dietary Supplements, National Institutes of Health; presenting community nutrition programs; serving as editor for Oncology Nutrition Connection, the Oncology Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association, and serving as co-editor for the 1st edition of Oncology Nutrition for Clinical Practice.
