Issues will be addressed from a tribal food sovereignty coalition perspective and an academic university perspective including; provide an example to engage with stakeholders to promote traditional foodways, define a process for modification of surveys/tools to allow for full engagement with traditional foodways, translate and demonstrate the approach used in Tribal Food Sovereignty work to other non-dominant population communities.
