Effective and engaging communication is the key to impactful education. The internet, print media and television can be rife with misinformation, scare tactics and underrepresentation when it comes to nutrition communications. Registered dietitians should be the media go-to for nutrition-related topics, yet we are not always the messenger.
Media training can help RDNs develop communication strategies that resonate with relevance, create inclusive messages that meet clients and consumers where they are, showcase the science with sizzle and gain comfort in addressing tough topics.
