Pricing

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is pleased to offer reduced pricing to Academy members on most catalog items. Be sure your Academy member number is presented at the time the original order is placed or is included with your order. Should the Academy member name and member number not be provided, the price will automatically default to the higher non-member price. A few products may list a single price for both members and non-members.

• All purchases are payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
• Price adjustments may not be given after the order is processed.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• A Standard Bulk Discount of 15% off the nonmember price is available to customers purchasing between 10 and 99 units of the same item.

Ordering Options

All orders, with the exception of company purchase orders, must be prepaid. Methods of payment include checks, money orders and credit cards. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card and American Express. Credit card information must include: name on the credit card, credit card number, expiration date and a valid signature.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders must be submitted on company purchase order forms and include all required signatures. Purchase requisitions cannot be accepted. The minimum amount for a purchase order is $60.00. If the order is for less than $60.00, the order must be prepaid. All invoices are due 30 days from the date of the invoice.

International Orders

Many Academy publications are available to customers in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Caribbean through Eurospan, the Academy's international book distributor.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling, based on the amount of the order, is required on all orders. The Academy reserves the right to refuse orders and return any prepayments if the appropriate charges, including shipping and handling, are not included. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes.

U.S. (including Puerto Rico):

Orders totaling $60.00 or less is $7.50.
Orders totaling more than $60.00 is 12% of the amount of the order.
International (including Canada): Prepayment secured only by certified check, and shipping and handling charges vary by country.
International destinations outside of Canada: $50.00 required minimum order.

Fill in all the requested information on the order form, including the "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses, daytime phone number, purchase order number, credit card number, expiration date and signature, and shipping and handling fees.
If applicable, include Illinois state tax of 10.25% or your tax-exempt number. Before faxing, please check your document to insure that all information is visible and dark enough to transmit legibly. Please do not mail in a confirmation copy, as duplication may occur, resulting in additional costs to you. Price adjustments may not be given after the order is processed.

Fill in all the requested information on the order form, including a daytime telephone number so we can reach you quickly if there is a question about your order.
