AI has the potential to optimize our lives, driven by the combination of increased data access, computational power, and improved sensors and algorithms. This session will take participants into a journey of AI in practice. Participants will learn how to identify global and local nutrition challenges where AI techniques are applicable while navigating complexities in the face of rising hunger, climate change, economic downturn, polycrisis, migration, workforce shortages, and burnout. The session will present experiential models critical for career growth and will address how AI can be used to find solutions for good and generate self-directed development.
