Nutrition is not one size fits all. Interindividual variability is observed in response to virtually all diet and nutrition interventions, and this is driven by both known and unknown factors. Precision nutrition includes the vision of every person having individualized, actionable advice to help them decide what, when, why, and how to eat to optimize their health and quality of life. This webinar will describe the background and rationale of precision nutrition, current NIH efforts in precision nutrition, and future applications.
