Have you been struggling to retain dietitians in your facility or with your organization? Do your options for retention initiatives seem limited due to language in collective agreements or budgetary limitations? In this session, I will be providing an overview of the available research to guide health administrators and managers seeking to make the most of their investments in human dietetic capital. During this webinar, the speaker will draw on findings from her own studies exploring high turnover in clinical dietetics, retirement decision-making, RDN participation in network marketing and RDN deployment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
