Heather Caplan is the founder and CEO of Weight Inclusive Nutrition and Dietetics (aka WIND), parent to three littles, and serial entrepreneur. In over six years as an entrepreneur, she has started and run a not-for-profit organization for runners with eating disorders, a virtual private practice, multiple podcasts, and eventually WIND, a space for weight-inclusive continuing education and community. Her dietetics career has spanned from public health to food marketing to corporate wellness to freelance writing, and now operating a business run by and for dietitians. Heather's work has been featured in The Washington Post, Runner's World, Outside Magazine, EatingWell Magazine, NBC News, and on the TODAY show.
