Alexandra C. Sanchez, MS, RD, LDN is a multicultural, trilingual Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Owner of Nutrition Harmony LLC - a private practice located in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Through Nutrition Harmony LLC, Alexandra provides virtual individual and group Nutrition counseling services in English, Spanish, French as well as virtual meal planning classes, healthy pantry makeover experiences, and grocery store tours. Alexandra grew up in a multicultural Dominican and French household and uses her background and skillset around nutrition and multicultural meal planning and menus to provide consultant services to non-profit organizations. Alexandra has provided support as a consultant to homeless shelters, food pantries, teaching kitchens, and additional non-profit organizations in Massachusetts around developing and serving culturally appropriate, nutritious meals that guests will enjoy with dignity and respect. Alexandra also provides Spanish- and English- Nutrition workshops in the community around topics to improve health.

Fern Gale Estrow, MS, CDN, former President of the FGE Food & Nutrition Team, now retired, worked with home, center and family based programs using the Child and Adult Care Food Program for over 20 years. A content expert in Head Start, national preceptor for Dietetic Interns and a former Dietetic Internship Director of Queens College, a public speaker and advocate for this population, their families, older adults and the intersection of nutrition, public health and agriculture. She engaged in promoting culturally appropriate menus, foods and programing. She worked directly with diverse populations and those who work with diverse communities. Curriculum development, implementation and evaluation clients have included sponsors, programs, mega-grantees, national organizations, city, state and federal agencies. Still engaged in some policy arenas, much of her time today is engaged in urban gardening and cooking, exploring other cultures in the process.
