Speakers

Alycia Evenocheck, MS, RD, LD

Alycia is an inpatient pediatric hematology and oncology dietitian. She completed her undergraduate degree at North Dakota State University in 2012, and her Master’s degree in 2016. She’s been working at Children’s Minnesota since 2018.

Rachel Laquere, RDN, LD

Rachel is an outpatient pediatric hematology and oncology dietitian. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2009, completed a dietetic internship in 2010. She has been working at Children’s Minnesota as a pediatric dietitian since 2010 and started in hematology and oncology in 2013. She is currently working on her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition through the University of Wisconsin.
