The Global Table: A Conversation on Health and Nutrition

The global world of dietetics is getting smaller as dietitians counsel increasingly diverse populations on health and nutrition. What is it like to practice dietetics in different regions of the world? How do dietary preferences, food customs and health perceptions influence dietetic practice around the world?

A regionally and culturally diverse panel of global dietitians will explore nutrition opportunities and issues they encounter in their local practices. Insights gained may be leveraged by US based dietitians to counsel their own clients and encourage outreach to global dietitians.
