Design evidence-based frameworks in order to integrate AI tools into coursework and educational programs, including implementation guidelines, assessment criteria and strategies for maintaining academic integrity.
Select AI applications for nutrition curriculum by analyzing their effectiveness in assignment design and assessment methods in order to foster learning based on best practices.
Identify ethical considerations in order to maintain educational integrity when implementing AI.
