In a world where you can make a hundred choices in a day, why do we, as consumers, make some choices that we know may negatively impact our health? Could it be that, as consumers, we enjoy a rush of adrenaline? Or perhaps, we perceive that risk to not really be one at all.
During this session, hear from experts on what consumers choose, the science behind consumer choice, and perceived risks through the lens of food and nutrition. The session will help practitioners understand why we make the food choices we do and will explore the consumer choice behavior behind up-and-coming trends.
