Access and Availability
When will I get access to my eLearning product?
Access is typically provided immediately after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your product. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour of your purchase, please contact the Member Service Center.
How long do I have access?
Access duration varies by product and will be listed on the product page. In general:
- Live webinars: Access during the live event, plus on-demand access for up to 3 years.
- On-demand webinars: Access is available until the CPE expiration date, typically three years after the live event, and is listed on each product page.
- Certificates of Training (CoTs) and courses: Access is available until the CPE expiration date, which is listed on each product page.
CPE is generally approved for 3 years; however, each product will list specific expiration dates. The Academy reserves the right to update access periods at any time.
Where do I access my content?
eLearning products are accessed through the Academy's learning management system (eatrightCPE.org) using your login credentials used for Academy websites.
Product Updates and Changes
What happens if a product is updated or replaced?
- Minor updates: automatically reflected in your course.
- Major updates or new versions: access may require a new purchase. Products are reviewed and updated on a three year cycle to align with CPE approval.
The Academy reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products at any time.
Technical Requirements
What do I need to access eLearning products?
To ensure the best experience, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection
- A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox)
- Ability to stream audio/video
- PDF viewer for downloadable materials
Can I access content on mobile devices?
Yes. Most products are accessible via desktop, tablet, or mobile browser.
Accessibility
The Academy is committed to providing accessible and inclusive learning experiences for all users. Our products are designed with accessibility in mind and incorporate features to support a wide range of learning needs. These may include color palettes that meet WCAG AA contrast standards, keyboard navigation functionality, and closed captioning for audiovisual content.
Some interactive course elements may not be fully compatible with standard browser-based text-to-speech tools. For individuals who rely on assistive technology, we recommend using a dedicated screen reader for the best experience.

Refunds and Cancellations
Are eLearning products refundable?
Due to the immediate access provided for digital products, all eLearning purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved

Course Expiration and Extensions
What happens if I don’t finish my eLearning product before it expires?
Access to eLearning products is time-limited and will expire based on the access period listed at the time of purchase. Once access expires, you will no longer be able to view course materials or complete any remaining requirements for credit.
Can I get an extension?
Extensions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you need additional time, please contact Lifelong Learning prior to your expiration date. In most cases, expired courses will require repurchase to regain access.
Will I still receive CPE if I partially completed the course?
CPE credit is only awarded once all course requirements are completed within the access period. Partial completion does not qualify for CPE credit.
Transfers and Sharing
Can I share my login or course with others?
No. Access is intended for the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or course materials is prohibited.
Can I transfer my registration?
Registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
Will I receive CPE credit?
Eligible products which include CPE credit will be clearly identified on the product page.
How do I claim CPE?
Once an eLearning product is completed, it will move from the Enrolled section to the Completed section of your account at eatrightCPE.org. To populate the certificate, click "Claim" to the right of the course title and the certificate will populate in the Certificates section.
