It's a new era where women are shaping modern wellness and transforming health. Many women today are actively seeking information from diverse sources and are adopting lifestyle choices in a quest for vitality at every age. Women are also expecting more benefits from the food they choose—foods that will supercharge their digestive system and heart health, help them attain desired body composition and sustained energy, strong bones and an edge on brain health.
While there are gaps and inequities to solve, progress on achieving holistic wellness can be fast-tracked by using a fresh approach to the dynamic combination of nutrition and dietetics professionals and physicians with expertise in women's health, including attention to the influence and management of hormonal health.
In this presentation, the latest state of the science on wellness topics top of mind for women along with expert tips and sensible application will be co-presented by an insightful duo of women's health champions — an RDN and an OBGYN, along with lively interaction with attendees, as we learn and share insights with each other. Participants will leave the session with the knowledge and tools, including a framework for action to contribute meaningfully to advancing women's wellness, personally and in a variety of practice settings, using evidence-based and food-first approaches.
