Your Price $10.00 - $54.00

The CNM Dietetic Practice Group will present a discussion that includes an interdisciplinary leadership panel that will share their cultural mores, journey to leadership, challenges faced along the way and how the experience has shaped their career development and leadership style. The goal of this session is to enhance the cultural sensitivity, awareness, and humility knowledge of current and future, formal and informal, leaders.

The presentation will use the Academy's IDEA Philosophy to frame the discussion and will explore various dimensions in diversity, taking a deeper dive into how leaders can shift their perspectives to cultivate a more diverse and thriving workforce within the profession of dietetics and beyond. Session attendees can expect a collaborative, challenging and interactive experience and leave this session with tangible tools to implement upon returning to their place of employment.
