Ashley Bronston, MS, LDN, RDN

Ashley Bronston, MS, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist recognized for her leadership in nutrition education, professional training, and evidence based program development. With a career rooted in advancing clinical excellence, she has shaped high impact continuing education for healthcare professionals across disciplines.

As the former Program Manager of Continuing Healthcare Education and Grants at the Abbott Nutrition Health Institute (ANHI), Ms. Bronston partnered with leading clinicians, researchers, and interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver nutrition focused educational initiatives that reached national and international audiences. Her initiatives have achieved outstanding feedback, with over 10,000 completions, effectively supporting professionals in maintaining their licensure.

Her academic foundation includes a Master’s in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Dietetics and Sports Nutrition from Mansfield University. A committed leader within the profession, Ms. Bronston is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN). She currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Ohio Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (OSPEN).

Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. Bronston is dedicated to community service. She volunteers with Meals on Wheels, supporting nutrition security for vulnerable older adults, and actively assists her local animal rescue.

Bethany Green

Bethany Green, MPH, RDN, CSG, LDN

Bethany Green is a registered dietitian with 25 years of experience working in the inpatient clinical nutrition setting. She completed her undergraduate degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus in Dietetics at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. She went on to complete her Dietetic Internship and Master of Public Health Degree in Community Health with a focus in Health Education/Health Promotion from the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston School of Public Health.

Bethany carries a specialty certification in Gerontological Nutrition and currently works as Dietitian Specialist II in the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital system. She also has experience working in community education, senior dining programs and hospice.

Bethany loves working with patients and community members to help them improve their health through simple, practical changes.

Phyllis Famularo

Phyllis Famularo, DCN, RDN, LDN, CDP, FAND

Phyllis Famularo retired from a 40 year career with Sodexo in 2025 and currently serves as a Relief Registered Dietitian for Sodexo Seniors.

She received her doctorate in clinical nutrition from Rutgers University. She serves on the editorial advisory board of Caring for the Ages, a newsletter of PALTmed (formerly AMDA), and a previous board member of the Dietetics in Health Care Communities. She has also written chapters for Nutrition Care of the Older Adult, 4th ed. as well as ASPEN Core Curriculum, 4th ed.

She enjoys mentoring Registered Dietitians and helping them achieve career aspirations.

Adrian LeQue

Adrian LeQue, MS, RDN, LDN, CD, FAND

Adrian LeQue is a registered dietitian nutritionist, with over 25 years of experience in long-term-care nutrition and dietetics. She currently works as a Nutrition and Wellness Mentor at Samaritan Bethany Inc. in Rochester, Minn.. Her focus areas have been the nutritional care of short-term rehab residents, menu planning, set up and security of the electronic health record, education of dietetic interns, as well as wellness planning for both staff and residents. She also has a private practice where she consults for other long-term-care facilities, as well as offers Medical Nutrition Therapy via telehealth.

Adrian lives just across the river from Minnesota in Wisconsin and has been an active member of the Wisconsin Affiliate. She is a past president and remains active on several committees. She is also a member of numerous DPGs, and active in the CV-Well DPG. She is the current Leadership Cultivation Director and has been a mentor in the Mentorship circles for the past two years.

Adrian lives with her husband on their 11-acre hobby farm in Wisconsin with their three dogs and talking parrot. Her partner grows numerous fresh fruits and vegetables to sell at farmer’s markets in the summertime. She supports him with recipes and news to share with his customers.

Jingyi Wang

Jingyi Wang, PhD, MPH, RDN

Jingyi Wang, PhD, MPH, RD, is a clinical assistant professor and director of the didactic program in dietetics in the Department of Applied Health Science at the Indiana University School of Public Health–Bloomington. Prior to joining Indiana University, she practiced as a dietitian across long-term care, hospital, and community settings. Her research focuses on the longitudinal effects of food insecurity on health outcomes. Professionally, she is committed to advancing nutrition education and preparing future dietetics professionals for evidence-based practice.
