Developing strong leadership skills through Emotional Intelligence (EI) is one of the key components of lifelong professional success. EI, one of the most respected skills for a leader to craft and implement, is an individual's ability to perceive, interpret, demonstrate, control, and use one's emotions to communicate with and relate to others. Session attendees will learn or expand their understanding of EI and how implementation can result in enhanced relationships, improved collaborations, stronger teams, and improved personal and professional outcomes through real-workplace stories and examples. This webinar is a collaboration between the Academy and the Management in Food and Nutrition Systems (MFNS) Dietetic Practice Group.
