Liz is a clinical nutrition manager and dietetic internship director at UCSF Health. Liz has a BS in English but fell in love with food and went on to get an MS in Nutrition at Bastyr University. Liz is passionate about connecting people and systems within the healthcare system to provide better patient outcomes. That passion drove them to lead the development and implementation of the Nutrition Care Process and lead the DTR team to work at the top of their scope.

Taylor Singleton is the Clinical Nutrition Manager for Evergreen Health System in the Greater Seattle Area. She completed her dietetic internship with a focus on Food and Nutrition Management and has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Throughout her career, she has been an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in addition to state and local groups, working to strengthen the dietitian community in the Pacific Northwest.
