Dawn Lundin (she/her) is a registered dietitian and owner of Restore Ease Dietetics, LLC, which is a virtual private practice that focuses on mental health + sports nutrition. Dawn believes in an individualized approach & is known for meeting her clients where they are at. Dawn earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in nutrition & dietetics. She is licensed in the states of Minnesota, Illinois, and North Carolina, but she resides in Michigan with her husband and three sons. She loves to travel and spend time on the water and in the woods (mountain biking, running, and cross-country skiing).
