Amanda received her B.S. degree in Bachelor of Science in International Relations United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD and her M.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR. She served in the US Navy from 2009-2012. She was a consultant dietitian with Brummit and Associates from 2015 - 2018 when her husband was transferred to Germany. Amanda received the Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal. She has written several books: (2013). My Comfort in Affliction. (2012). Cooking When You Can't Chew. Currently Amanda is working with disabled pediatric patients. She lives in Marana AZ with her husband and 3 daughters.

Rachell lives in the small timber community in central Idaho where she was born and raised, alongside her husband of 28 years. Together, they raised two sons who have made them proud grandparents. She has been with S&S Nutrition Network for 26 years, beginning her career as a consulting dietitian and advancing into a regional leadership role. Early on, she discovered her passion for post-acute and long- term care, where she found great fulfillment in supporting residents' nutritional well-being. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed providing leadership, guidance, and support to fellow consulting dietitians, helping them succeed while ensuring high-quality nutrition care for the individuals they serve.
