Kathy Warwick is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist with over 40 years of experience in several areas of dietetics practice. She is owner of Professional Nutrition Consultants, LLC in Madison, Miss., providing diabetes education and support services, long-term care consultation, and medical-legal consultation. She has provided team-based care in outpatient, inpatient and home health settings in underserved areas of her home state of Mississippi.

Kathy speaks regularly to community and professional groups and has presented multiple national webinars. She has authored several peer reviewed articles related to cardiometabolic care and a book chapter for the updated American Diabetes Association's Nutrition Guide. She is a Past-President of the Mississippi Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Kathy has served previously as Print Communications Chair and Professional Development Chair for the Diabetes Dietetic Practice Group and she is the current Chair-Elect of the Diabetes DPG.
