This webinar will examine the nutrition benefits and evidence-based research around beans regarding glycemic and lipid control that optimize the prevention and management of diabetes. Chef and Culinary Nutritionist, Jackie Newgent, RDN, CDN, will share the importance of beans and their place in a diet and years of evidence-based research on their nutrition benefits. Applying her mantra of "Go for great taste. Aim for plant-based.
