Over the past few decades, substantial developments have occurred related to the immunosuppressive medication regimens following solid organ transplantation. These advancements have led to improved outcomes and graft survival for patients. The goal of immunosuppression regimens is to prevent rejection of the graft while minimizing adverse effects associated with pertinent medications.
