Dr. Antonio Miranda is an expert in nutrition and health interventions for underrepresented populations. Specialized in the evaluation and implementation of health interventions. He received his PhD in Nutritional Sciences and Health Behavior from Texas Woman’s University, Denton, TX. His area of work focused on Diabetes and Obesity Management Among Hispanics in the evaluation and implementation of health interventions. He has several publication in peer reviewed journals.
