Julie serves as the Director of Performance Learning for Ruck-Shockey Associates. For over three decades, she has led, taught, and collaborated with thousands of individuals—employees, college students, clients, and colleagues alike—across dynamic roles as a leader, consultant, teacher, and mentor. She is also the author of Design Your THRIVE, Career Crossroads edition – a workbook to help individuals and teams THRIVE at work.

She directed the multi-hospital award-winning food and nutrition program at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center for fifteen years, was awarded the Silver Plate for Healthcare Foodservice, and has volunteered for numerous Academy roles. Julie helps RSA clients build their leadership bench and align their priorities and programs for tangible business outcomes and teaches college students to embrace their capacity for learning and leadership in the Masters in Dietetics and Nutrition program at Ohio State.
