The Counselors' Guide includes updated Pediatric Weight Management Evidence-Based Nutrition Practice Guidelines and addresses various behavior-change strategies, including goal setting, contracting, reinforcement, self-monitoring, stimulus control, cognitive restructuring and relapse prevention.
