Speaker

Lauren Chan, MS, RD

Lauren is a registered dietitian who has been working with the Dietitians in Nutrition Support for over three years to build an educational YouTube channel about nutrition support topics. This channel has ranged in topics from enteral nutrition calculations to electrolyte management and garnered thousands of views. Currently, Lauren works as a Graduate Fellow at Oregon State University, while she is pursuing her doctorate in nutrition. Her research is focused on computational assessment of dietary surveys to assess nutrition implications in female reproductive disorders. Prior to this, Lauren received her Bachelors of Science at Oregon State University in Nutrition and then completed her Masters of Science and Dietetic Internship at Illinois State University in 2018.
