This CPE self-study activity is one of four modules which is intended to assist nutrition and dietetics practitioners in the comprehension of the Code of Ethics for the Nutrition and Dietetics Profession. The case studies featured in Module 4 are intended to demonstrate potential ethical dilemmas as they relate to scope of practice, conflicts of interest, disclosure, use of social media, competence and professional development in practice, and maintaining and appropriately using credentials. Each case study includes points to consider and a quiz to assess the reader's knowledge.
