Stefani Sassos, MS, RD, CSO, CDN

Stefani is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for the Good Housekeeping Institute at Hearst. Stefani previously served as a Senior Oncology Dietitian at The Cancer Institute at St. Francis Hospital, and also ran her own private nutrition practice in Great Neck, N.Y. She completed her Master's in Clinical Nutrition at New York University, and has a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition, NCCPT Personal Trainer, dotFIT Certified Fitness Professional, Schwinn Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, and member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Caitlin Benda, MBA, MS, RD, CSO

Caitlin has been a registered dietitian for over 10 years and has spent the majority of her career supporting the nutrition needs of individuals diagnosed with cancer in the radiation, medical, and surgical oncology settings. She completed her undergraduate training in psychology (Arizona State University) and nutrition/dietetics (East Carolina University) and then went on to obtain her master's degree in nutrition from Tufts University while concurrently completing her dietetic internship at Tufts Medical Center. Later, she earned her MBA (East Carolina University). She is currently working as an Oncology Dietitian Clinical Specialist with Life with Cancer at the Inova Schar Cancer Institute in Fairfax, Va. Caitlin is currently the Chair of the Oncology Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group.
