Brief Behavioral Interventions for Change: 10-Minute Strategies for RDNs/NDTRs

Promoting behavior change in our clients is challenging enough when we have ample time. So what do we do when we only have ten or fifteen minutes? How can we really make an impact in such a short period of time, or in situations when you might only see that person once before they go home? The speakers describe common theories of behavior change and will provide you with concrete strategies that you can utilize in brief interventions in a variety of settings, including primary care, acute care, long term care and community/public health settings.
